actaestfabulaRachel has observed people for a very long time, and thus is quite perceptive in regards to their personalities, especially their flaws. As she gains enjoyment from trolling people, she'll use a person's flaws as a means of doing so. Not only that, but she also has the ability to teleport people and objects when she feels like it.
